Lutz Ventures works to bring claims to an expeditious and cost effective conclusion by facilitating claim reviews with insurance carriers. We analyze loss runs and conduct reserve reviews to gather information, and then offer recommendations and action plans to adjusters.

We work directly with the insurance carrier on their claims handling, monitor and review reserves, and provide status reports to keep all parties involved and informed. We set up quarterly meetings with our clients and the adjusters/case managers to help process and push the claim along. Our consulting services expand to areas of training and development.
